OTC Dealer provides a smart and simple interface for traders to manage their OTC market making and agency trading activities. With OTC Dealer, traders can:
- View – See an integrated quote montage providing a single source for all market maker quotes in OTCQX, OTCBB and Pink Sheets securities. OTC Dealer provides the single screen needed for FINRA-compliant Best Execution in OTCQX, OTCBB and Pink Sheets securities.
- Quote – Publish quotes in OTCQX, OTCBB and Pink Sheets securities on the Pink Quote inter-dealer quotation system as well as the OTCBB. A simple point and click interface allows traders to easily communicate and manage price and size of their OTC markets.
- Trade – Access OTC liquidity instantly via the Pink Link electronic messaging system. Traders have direct access to send, execute, negotiate or decline orders with increased efficiency and execution speed.
- Analyze – Capture complete quote, order and trade histories as well as the latest market changes, from new securities to critical corporate action data.
- Integrate – Full FIX 4.1 connectivity for seamless integration with leading OMS providers (Bloomberg, Fidessa, Lava, SunGard Brass and others) or with internal applications.
Add-on Services
- ACT Drop Copy – offers automatic direct reporting of Pink Link executions to FINRA′s OTC reporting facility.
- AutoQuote – enables the calculation of arbitrage quotes in ADR, foreign ordinary and convertible securities in an Excel spreadsheet for automatic submission to OTC Dealer and publication on Pink Quote.
- OTCBB Quote and OTC Trade Data – integrates market maker quotes on the OTCBB and all OTC trade data on a real-time basis. An NBBO and combined PinkQuote/OTCBB montage for OTCBB securities offers FINRA compliant Best Execution.
- Pink FIX – is a FIX 4.1 computer-to-computer messaging gateway for firms to submit prices to Pink Quote, as well as send and receive Pink Link orders and executions via their internal systems or third party OMS providers.
- Pink QIX – automatically delivers quote updates in dually quoted securities to both Pink Quote and OTCBB, keeping traders in compliance with FINRA Priced Quote Publication Rule 2320(g).
OTC Dealer Pricing
OTC Dealer is available to broker-dealers for the low monthly fee of $250 per user. Discounts are available after 5 user licenses per location. Broker-Dealer Quote and Trade Privilege Fee, Pink Quote Position Fees, Pink Link Fees and Add-on Services are billed separately.
